I feel bad for this but Judy the wellness physician has a blog. She was a participant at CREATE South where many of us met her. Although I’ve been subscribed to her blog since meeting her, I neglected to ever put her in the blogroll here (which also meant she wasn’t getting in the blog roundups.) I fixed that, and I apologize for the long delay. A belated welcome to the party!

To be honest, it actually makes me really happy to have people bring their own links in to the Grand Strand Blogroll. Finding the links any way we can is good, but I like it when someone finds out about us and emails saying “Hey, I’d like to be part of this!” That is how we got Ms. Caesi. This is the best part of doing this site, finding out more and more like minded people in the area that we probably wouldn’t run across in the course of an average day. From the Sun News comes this blog - PoliTick-Tock. I’m not sure how I missed this one, but it looks like good stuff and even has a set of regular commentors.
I had a problem where my Gmail account was marking things as spam, like the moderation messages from this blog. Yikes! While I was clearing those out, I found a weeks old email from Chris Yale pointing me to this blog: Chris Mowder’s Run Fast, Go Digital. It is mostly a blog about his efforts to train as a runner, but includes some general sports posts like this one with a giant chart of his fantasy football drafts. Good stuff.
